This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Chrono Guardians (“the App”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles data. We designed the App to minimize personal data processing. The App does not operate its own user accounts and does not run our own servers to store personal information. However, the App may use third-party services for optional features and in-app purchases, and those services may process data according to their own policies.

1) Data processed by the App (local-only)

The App stores certain information only on your device to function properly. This may include:

We do not collect this local game data to our own servers. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, local game data may be deleted.

2) Feedback submissions (“Idea or Bugs?”)

The App includes an optional feature called “Idea or Bugs?”. When you use it, the App redirects you to an external website where you can submit a message (for example, a bug report or suggestion).

The external website may require you to provide an email address so we can respond or ask clarifying questions. Any data you submit on that website (including your email and message content) is processed on the external website/service and is subject to that service’s privacy policy.

The App itself does not collect your email address inside the game UI and does not store your email on our own servers unless you voluntarily submit it via the external form.

3) In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)

The App may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, to unlock characters or content). Purchases on Android are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive your full payment details (such as credit card numbers). Google may process information needed to complete the transaction and prevent fraud.

We may receive or store non-sensitive purchase information such as purchase status (e.g., “purchased/not purchased”) to unlock content in the App. For details on what Google processes, please review Google’s policies.

App Permissions

We aim to request only permissions necessary for the App’s functionality. Depending on your device and Android version, some standard permissions may be used by the operating system for features like internet access for purchases or opening external links.

The App does not require access to sensitive device features such as your contacts, microphone, or camera for core gameplay.

Advertising and Analytics

Chrono Guardians does not include in-app advertising SDKs. We also do not integrate third-party analytics SDKs inside the App (such as Firebase Analytics, AppsFlyer, etc.) unless explicitly stated in an updated version of this policy.

Data Retention

Local game data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data. If you submit feedback through the external website, retention of that submitted information (including email) is governed by the external service and our operational needs to respond.

Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 within the App. If a child submits personal information through the external feedback form, a parent/guardian may contact us to request deletion, where applicable.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Because the App itself does not store personal profiles or user accounts on our servers, most personal data (like email) would only exist if you submitted it via the external feedback form.
